From Klein Memorial Park near Houston, Texas, Judy Donica launched two red, two white and two blue helium balloons from the site of Dustin’s grave on the first anniversary of 3/509th KIA warrior Toby Olsen’s death. Lots of love ascended to those two wonderful friends, Dustin and Toby, who fought so valiantly in Iraq. They are at peace eternally together in heaven where souls never die.
